John Whaite French toast with cornflakes and dalgona coffee recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

John Whaite served up delicious French toast with cornflakes and dalgona coffee on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 2tbsp whole milk,hot, 2tsp instant coffee, optional, 2 large free-range eggs, 2 very thick (3cm) slices brioche, 60g crunchy nut cornflakes, 50g unsalted butter and 1tsp sunflower oil.

To serve: 100g full-fat Greek yoghurt and Maple syrup, to serve.

For the Dalgona Coffee: 2tbsp instant coffee, 2tbsp caster sugar or maple syrup, 2tbsp cold water and Milk, to serve.
