Rav Gill miso caramel and dark chocolate tart with bran flakes and hazelnuts recipe on Saturday Kitchen

Rav Gill served up delicious miso caramel and dark chocolate tart with bran flakes and hazelnuts for afternoon tea on Saturday Kitchen.

The ingredients for the tart case are: 100g dark chocolate, 40g unsalted butter, 30g roasted hazelnuts, lightly crushed, 90g bran flakes, lightly crushed and pinch sea salt.

For the miso caramel: 35g caster sugar, 7g unsalted butter, 65ml double cream and 1 tbsp white miso.

For the dark chocolate ganache: 200ml double cream, 60g milk chocolate and 90g dark chocolate.
