James Martin served up tasty chicken wings with sauerkraut and hot dogs on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the wings are: 1kg chicken wings and vegetable oil, for frying.
For the glaze: 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 150g honey, 2 tbsp ketchup and 1 chilli, diced.
To serve: sauerkraut, few sprigs of mint, chopped and few sprigs of coriander, chopped.
For the hot dogs: 4 frankfurters, heated until hot, 4 hot dog buns, glaze, from above, coriander mayo and few sprigs of mint and coriander.
