Dr Amir Khan lemon honey chicken with broccoli and walnuts recipe on Lorraine

Dr Amir Khan served up a healthy lemon honey chicken with a broccoli and walnut salad. on Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 4 tbsp olive oil , 2 tbsp honey (any) , 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce , Juice of 1 lemon , 1 tsp chilli flakes and 4 pieces of salmon (can be frozen).

For the salad: 180g fresh or frozen broccoli florets (defrosted) , 3 tbsp chopped walnuts, 1 chopped apple (any variety) , 2 tsp lemon juice and 2 tsp honey mustard.
