Simon Rimmer served up delicious chocolate macarons on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 140g ground almonds, 275g icing sugar, 25g cocoa and 4 egg whites – beaten till stiff.
For the filling: 75ml whipping cream, 75g mascarpone, 25g icing sugar and 1 vanilla pod.
