James Martin Rump Steak with Charred Lettuce with Yuzu and Mushroom Ketchup Dressing recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty Rump Steak with Charred Lettuce with Yuzu and Mushroom Ketchup Dressing on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 x 200g rump steaks, 2 x 200g sirloin steaks, 4 tbsp koji, 4 little gem lettuce, halved and 1 tbsp vegetable oil and 2 tbsp aji paste.

For the dressing: Splash of vegetable oil, 15ml white wine vinegar, 15ml yuzu, 15ml mushroom ketchup and 15ml soy sauce.

To serve: 2 tbsp aji paste, Small bunch of mint, chopped and Small bunch of coriander, chopped.
