John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a delicious giant chocolate souffle on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 300g 75- 80% cocoa solid dark chocolate , 3 tbsp cocoa powder, Drinking chocolate, for dusting, 50ml espresso , Good knob of butter, softened for greasing, 90g butter, melted, 80g plain flour, 500ml milk , 5 egg yolks, 7 egg whites, Pinch of salt and cream of tartar , 120g caster sugar and Cream, to serve.
