Matt Tebbutt served up tasty stuffing balls with sausages meat, juniper berries and spices for the festive season on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 50g unsalted butter, 1 onion, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, 50ml white wine, ½ tsp dried oregano, pinch ground allspice, pinch juniper berries, ground, ½ tsp ground coriander and 8 sausages, skins removed.
