Tim Bilton served up a delicious black velvet stout cake for the festive season on
Live: Winter On The Farm.
The ingredients are: 250ml Guinness stout, 250g unsalted butter, 75g cocoa powder, 400g caster sugar, 150ml sour cream, 2 large eggs, 1tbsp vanilla extract, 275g plain flour and 2 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda.
For the topping: 300g cream cheese, 150g icing sugar, 2 tsp cornflour and 125g double cream.
