Patti Sloley chicken and peanut butter soup with scotch bonnet chilli recipe on John and Lisa’s Christmas Kitchen

Patti Sloley served up a tasty chicken and peanut butter soup on John and Lisa’s Christmas Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 8-10 skin on, bone in chicken pieces (thighs, drumsticks, wings, breast), Salt , 1 scotch bonnet chilli, to taste, 3 guinea peppers or black peppercorns (optional), 400g tin tomatoes , 3 garlic cloves, crushed, 3 onions, chopped, 2cm piece ginger, peeled, Handful of fresh basil, 200g smooth peanut butter, 2 carrots, chopped (optional), 12 button mushrooms (optional) and 1 aubergine, chopped (optional).
