John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty Dauphinoise Gratin and Pimped Up Peas on John and Lisa’s Christmas Kitchen.
The ingredients for the Dauphinoise Gratin are: 1kg baking potatoes, thinly sliced, 1 litre milk, A good grating of fresh nutmeg, Sea salt, to taste, A good knob of butter, 100ml double cream, 100g Gruyere, grated, 1 clove garlic, smashed and Ground white pepper, to taste.
For the Pimped Up Peas: Diced frozen onions, Frozen peas, Frozen herbs of choice, Butter, for frying, Splash of fizz or white wine and 1 stock cube of choice.
