The Hebridean Baker (Aka Coinneach MacLeod), served up delicious Christmas Rocky Road on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 125g soft butter, diced, 300g dark chocolate, broken into pieces, 3tbsp golden syrup, 200g amaretti or any Italian biscuit, 50g pistachios, roughly chopped, 30g cranberries, 100g mini marshmallows, ½ orange, zested and Icing sugar, for dusting.
