Simon Rimmer served up delicious yoghurt coated granola bars on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 300g rolled oats, 75g coconut flakes, 50g rice crispies, 60g flour, Half teaspoon baking powder, A pinch of salt, 120g sugar, 75ml coconut oil, 250g honey and 50g raisins.
For the coating : 150g Greek yoghurt – sieved, 20g butter, melted and 325g icing sugar.
