Jonny Marsh recovery Thai citrus curry recipe on Sunday Brunch

Jonny Marsh served up a tasty recovery Thai citrus curry on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients for the curry sauce are: Handful of lime leaves, 1 red chilli, 8 cloves of garlic, 175g ginger , 2 stalks of lemongrass, A bunch of coriander, 2 tins of coconut milk and 1.5 tsp turmeric.

Fish sauce
1 Tsp sugar, 500g Chicken breast, diced, 1 red and 1 yellow pepper, diced, 100g Mangetout and 100g Baby sweetcorn, roughly chopped.

Jasmine rice, black sesame seeds and coriander to serve.
