Romy Gill prawn malai korma and onion bhajis recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Romy Gill served up a tasty prawn malai korma and onion bhajis on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients for the prawns are: 500g frozen king prawns, defrosted, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp ground turmeric and uice of ½ a lemon.

For the prawn malai korma sauce: 150g red or white onion, peeled and roughly chopped, 15g fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped, 4 large garlic cloves, peeled and roughly chopped, 2-3 green chillies, seeds left in, roughly chopped, 1tsp chilli powder, 5tbsp rapeseed oil, 1tsp black mustard seeds, ½ tsp salt, 1tsp caster sugar, ½ tsp ground turmeric and 200ml coconut milk.

To serve: Steamed rice.
