Simon Rimmer served up delicious s’mores blondies with toasted marshmallows on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 100g butter, 200g white chocolate, 225g sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla bean paste, 225g flour, 1/4tsp baking powder and 75g pecans.
For the chocolate layer: 100g milk chocolate, 100g dark chocolate, 200g double cream, 1Tsp vanilla extract and 30g butter.
