Theo Michaels creamy sausage meat pasta recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Theo Michaels served up tasty creamy sausage meat pappardelle pasta on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 320g pappardelle, 4 sausages, 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped, 300ml white wine, 1tbsp Dijon mustard, 100g cream cheese, 250ml pasta cooking water, 10g fresh parsley, chopped and 30ml olive oil.
