Gino D’acampo Italian cordon bleu with chicken, ham and cheddar cheese sauce recipe on This Morning

Gino D’acampo served up a tasty Italian cordon bleu with breadcrumbs, chicken, ham and cheddar cheese sauce on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 4 large skinless chicken breast fillets, about 250g each, 4 slices of ham, about 35g each, 250g fine dried breadcrumbs, 4 eggs, fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

For the sauce: 30g salted butter, 1 tbsp plain flour, 300ml whole milk, 2 tsp English mustard, 60g grated Parmesan cheese and 100g grated Cheddar cheese.
