Hairy Bikers Pork tenderloin stuffed with apricots, apples and ginger recipe on Best Of British

Si and Dave serves up pork tenderloin stuffed with apricots, apples and ginger on the Hairy Bikers Best of British foods.

The Bikers says: “This easy, yet stunning roast pork recipe of two flattened tenderloins sandwiched together is great served hot for dinner or cold for picnics and parties.”

The ingredients for the pork are:2 x 500g pork fillets (tenderloin),16 rindless smoked streaky bacon rashers, thinly sliced and sunflower oil, for greasing.

For the sauce: 100ml ginger wine, 100ml double cream and 1 tsp cornflour.
