Simon Rimmer cheesy eccles cakes recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tasty cheesy eccles cakes on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 300g of ready rolled all butter puff pastry, Milk to glaze and Sugar to sprinkle.

For the filling: 30g melted butter, 150g soft light brown sugar, 175g currants, half tsp each of ground cinnamon and fresh nutmeg, Zest half an orange and 50g Cheshire cheese.
