Nisha Katona served up a super simple tomato soup with turmeric, butter beans and Gruyère cheese twist on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp nigella seeds, 4 garlic cloves, crushed, 3 tins chopped tomatoes, 400g canned butter beans, drained, 3 chicken stock cubes, crumbled, 1 tsp ground turmeric, 4 tbsp sugar, or to taste, Salt, to taste and 2 tbsp crème fraîche.
For the dressing oil: 5 tbsp olive oil , 3 cloves of garlic, finely sliced, ½ tsp cumin seeds and ¼ cumin powder.
For the cheese twists: Plain flour, for dusting, 500g ready rolled puff pastry , 1 egg, beaten, ½ tsp of caraway seeds, ½ tsp of chilli flakes and 75g Gruyère, grated.
