John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up delicious cookie dough pots with honeycomb popcorn on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients for the Cookie dough pots are: 100g soft brown sugar , 100g butter, softened, 1 egg, beaten , 100g plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract , 50g chocolate chips and Pinch of salt.
Ice cream, to serve.
For the honeycomb popcorn: 40g butter , 90 ml honey , 50g soft brown sugar , 80g caster sugar, 1 tsp bicarb , Pinch of salt and 1 small bowlful of popcorn kernels.
