James Martin served up a tasty Mackerel With Miso, Tempura Onions, Watercress and Yuzu Dressing on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 4 mackerel gutted and filleted and pin boned.
For the miso: 200g white miso paste, 50ml mirin and 50g caster sugar.
For the tempura onions: l bunch spring onions, 100g self raising flour and Sparkling water.
For the dressing: 25ml yuzu, 1 tbs rice wine vinegar, 1 tbs soy sauce, 1 tbs Dijon, 1 lime juice and zest.
To serve: Watercress.
