Simon Rimmer served up tasty slow cooked honey glazed shredded beef with rice on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 4 onions, peeled and sliced, 1tbsp smoked garlic, 2 red chillies, chopped, 250ml strong beef stock, 1tbsp white miso paste, 200ml red wine, 50ml sherry vinegar, 1.5 kg beef brisket, laid flat and most of outer fat trimmed back and Salt.
For the rub: 75g honey, 50g smoked chilli paste and 75-100g rose harissa.
For the rice: 250g long grain rice, rinsed, 500ml chicken stock, 50g unsalted butter, Peel of 1 orange, peeled with a peeler and 2 bay leaves.
To serve: 400g sour cream, Handful of jalapenos and 4tbsp coriander, chopped.

How can that possibly be called a ‘recipe’.
No real instructions, no cooking instructions like time, temperature etc. Very scant ingredients list and impossible to find anywhere else on the internet in spite of Simon’s claim that the video had been viewed over 200,000 times.
What temperature and how long is this cooked in the oven for, please?
