Chris Bavin vegan chorizo paella with kale, peas and peppers recipe on Eat Well For Less

Chris Bavin with the help of Richard and Helen Forsyths, served up a tasty vegan chorizo paella with kale, peas and peppers on Eat Well For Less.

The ingredients are: 1 tbsp olive oil, 280g vegan chorizo sausages, roughly chopped, 1 onion, roughly chopped, 1 low-salt vegetable stock cube, ½ tsp saffron, 900ml boiling water, 2 garlic cloves, finely grated or crushed, 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 2 red peppers, seeds removed, roughly chopped, 300g short-grain paella rice, 400g tin chopped tomatoes, 120g kale, roughly chopped, 120g frozen peas, 2 tbsp roughly chopped flatleaf parsley, freshly ground black pepper and 1 lemon, cut into wedges.
