Nadiya Hussain served up delicious chocolate cookie pie with hazelnuts and wafer biscuits on Nadiya’s Everyday Baking.

The ingredients for the cookie dough are: 200g unsalted butter, softened, plus extra for greasing, 325g soft light brown sugar, 2 free-range eggs, plus 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp almond extract, 425g plain flour, sifted, plus extra for dusting, 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda, 1 tsp salt and 400g dark chocolate chips.

For the filling: 750g chocolate hazelnut spread, 200g roasted hazelnuts, chopped and 200g chocolate-covered wafer biscuits, cut into cubes.
