James Martin Prawn Toast with Chilli Jam recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty Prawn Toast with Chilli Jam on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are; 300g raw king prawns, peeled, ½ egg white, Splash of oil, Salt and pepper, 2 slices white bread and 50g sesame seeds.

For the jam: 4 chillies, diced, 50g caster sugar, Splash of white wine vinegar, 1 lemongrass stalk, diced finely and 1 tsp salt.

To serve: 12 shell on king prawns.
