Nadiya Hussain served up a tasty one-pot chicken biryani with cinnamon, lemons and limes on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 100 ml olive oil, 5 cloves of garlic, minced, 3 onions, diced, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 tablespoons tomato purée, 3 tablespoons garam masala, 1 tablespoon paprika, 450g diced boneless chicken and 2 tablespoons cornflour.
For the rice: 250g basmati rice, 750ml water, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 large cinnamon stick and A large pinch of saffron strands.
To serve: A large bunch of spring, Onions, sliced and Lemon and lime wedges.
