Jamie Oliver served up a gnarly dukkah roast leg of lamb with aubergines, feta cheese, pickled green chillies and flatbread recipe on Jamie’s One-Pan Wonders.
The ingredients are: 1 x 2kg higher-welfare leg of lamb , bone in, 50 g dukkah, 4 cloves of garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, 4 aubergines (250g each), 100 g barrel-aged feta cheese, 1 x 300g jar of pickled green chillies, extra virgin olive oil, 4 large flatbreads and 1 bunch of mint (30g).
