MasterChef 2012 winner Shelina Permalloo returned to the Lorraine show to serve up a delicious fruity summer semifreddo dessert.
The ingredients for her dessert are: 4 large egg whites, 6 tbsp unrefined icing sugar, 1 pint yoghurt (fat free), 200g mixed berries.
For the fruit coulis: 200g mixed berries, 100g strawberries, 3 tbsp unrefined icing sugar and Lemon juiice.
