The ingredients are: 1 smoked (or regular) halloumi, 50ml rapeseed oil, 400g mixed tomatoes, Isle of White if you can get them, 200g rocket leaves, Monk’s beard (optional), 25ml Isle of White raspberry vinegar dressing, or balsamic vinegar, Black pepper and Fried duck egg.
