Sabrina Ghayour served up tasty halloumi fatteh with spicy flatbread on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: vegetable oil, 250g beef mince, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic granules, 250g halloumi, sea salt flakes and freshly and freshly ground black pepper.
For the tahini yoghurt: 150g Greek-style yoghurt, 2 tbsp tahini, 1 garlic clove, crushed and ½ lemon, juice only.
To serve: 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses, handful pomegranate seeds, handful chopped fresh coriander and flatbreads.
