Jeremy Pang served up tasty Malaysian Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng) on Jeremy Pang’s Asian Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 2 eggs (1 beaten, 1 ready for frying to top the rice), 4 thai shallots, diced, 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, 1 Handful green beans, diced, ½ red pepper, diced and 1 cup cooked rice (jasmine / basmati).
For the sauce mix: 1-2 tsp Chilli Garlic Sauce, ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce and 1 tsp Pure Sesame Oil.
For the Garnish: 1 tbsp fried onions /ready fried crispy shallots, 1/3 cucumber, sliced and 1 tomato, sliced.
