Rustie Lee served up a tasty Quiche Lorraine with salad on This Morning.
The ingredients for the Pastry are: 230g plain flour , 115g butter chopped into fine pieces , 1tsp salt, 1 egg and Approximately 2 tbsp cold water
9inch / 23cm flan case lined and greased.
For the Filling: 3 whole eggs, 2 egg yolks, 150ml whipping cream, 75ml whole milk, Salt and pepper, 115g smokey bacon, chopped, vegetable oil for frying, 4 stems tenderstem broccoli, chopped into 3cm lengths, 115g ham, chopped and 50g Cheddar cheese.
