Wolfgang Puck smoked salmon pizza recipe on This Morning

Wolfgang Puck served up his tasty signature smoked salmon pizza with caviar and champagne on This Morning.

The ingredients for the dough are: 12g fresh yeast, 102g water, 35g wildflower honey, 45g kosher salt, 1700g flour tipo 00 caputo , 930g ice and water and 55g olive oil.

For the dill cream: 1400g sour cream, 65g finely chopped shallots, 21g finely chopped dill, 15g salt, 1 tbsp white pepper and 1 tbsp sugar.

To top: olive oil , red onion, sliced, dill cream (as above), smoked salmon, chopped fresh chives and salmon roe.
