Marie Mitchell served up tasty peppered prawns with garlic bread on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: Approx 170g prawns, 2 spring onions, 1/2 scotch bonnet, 2 tsp paprika, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 cloves garlic.
Serve with Jamaican ‘hard dough’ bread rubbed in oil and garlic.
