Freddy Forster served up a delicious jam roly poly with custard on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 200g self-raising flour, 100g vegetable/beef suet, 30g caster sugar, Pinch of salt, Handful of raisins, optional, pre-soaked in warm water for 30 minutes then drained, 150ml milk or water and 7-8 tbsp of jam, strawberry or raspberry.
To serve: Shop bought custard.
