Simon Rimmer served up tasty spicy pork buns on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients for the buns are: 300g bread flour, 1 heaped teaspoon dried yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar, 15g softened coconut oil/block and 175ml warm water.
For the filling: 250g minced pork, 1 teaspoon salt & pepper, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 2 tablespoons soy, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon cornflour and 6 finely chopped spring onions.
For the glaze: 1 tablespoon honey, mixed with 1 tablespoon water.
Sesame seeds to sprinkle.
