The ingredients are: 500ml unsweetened gluten-free oat milk, 2 bay leaves, 225g gluten-free pasta, 120g cauliflower florets, chopped into small pieces, 120g broccoli florets, chopped into small pieces, 60g lactose-free spread, 45g gluten-free flour, 120g lactose-free mature cheddar, grated, 1 tsp gluten-free English mustard, ¼ tsp grated nutmeg, fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
