Phil Vickery Jubilee cheesecake with strawberries and coconut recipe on This Morning

Phil Vickery served up a delicious Jubilee strawberry cheesecake with coconut on This Morning.

The ingredients for the base are: 200g coconut biscuits, such as Nice biscuits, crushed, 25g desiccated coconut and 85g butter, melted.

For the filling: 405g Condensed Milk Light, 500g Mascarpone cheese and 2 lemons, squeezed (8 tbsp lemon juice).

For the topping: 450g strawberries, 2 tbsp strawberry jam and Optional, small handful of toasted, desiccated coconut.
