The ingredients for the chicken are: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, Plain flour, for dredging, 2 eggs, beaten, for dredging, 125g Panko breadcrumbs, for dredging, Salt, Vegetable oil, for frying and Flaky salt.

For the salad: 100g rocket, 6 tablespoons Olive oil, 2 tablespoons White wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon Honey, Salt, Parmesan cheese grated for topping and 2 lemons.
