James Martin served up a tasty chicken curry with roasted tomatoes and naan bread on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients for the roasted tomatoes: 500g tomatoes 1/2d, 3 cloves garlic, 150ml thick Greek yoghurt, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala and 200ml coconut milk.
For the chicken Curry: 200g cooked shredded chicken, Few sprigs coriander, 200ml roast tomatoes from above and 100g shredded red cabbage.
To serve: creme fraiche and naan breads.
