Simon Rimmer served up delicious white chocolate blondies with berries on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 100g butter, 200g sugar, 200g white chocolate + 200g white choc chips, 3 eggs, 1 vanilla pods, 130g flour and 1/2tsp baking powder.
For the frosting: 75g butter, 175g icing sugar, 1 vanilla pod, scraped, 125g crunchy peanut butter and 50-75ml milk.
