Clodagh Mckenna served up delicious rhubarb and ginger jam with lemon and crystallised ginger on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 700g rhubarb, chopped, 500g jam sugar, 30g crystallised Ginger (or one tbsp grated fresh ginger) and Juice and zest of 1 lemon.
