James Martin beef and pork ragout with fresh pasta recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a tasty beef and pork ragout with fresh pasta on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 250g 00 flour, 250g semolina flour and 5 eggs.

For the ragout: 500g mince beef, 500g minced pork, 1 onion, peeled and diced, 3 garlic cloves, crushed, 1 carrot, diced, 1 leek, diced, 3 bay leaves, 2 sticks celery, diced, 2 x 400g tinned chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 1 bunch basil and 75ml red wine.

To finish: Grated parmesan.
