James Martin serve up a tasty mackerel pate with Netherend butter, sourdough toast, Italian leaves and French dressing on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 300g smoked mackerel, 1 lemon juice and zest, 100ml cream cheese, 50ml double cream and Salt and pepper.
To serve: Netherend butter, Toasted sourdough, 2 tbsp French dressing, Watercress and Italian leaves.
