James Martin served up delicious cupcakes with buttercream and boiled sweets on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 200g butter, 200g caster sugar, 200g Sr flour, 4 eggs and Splash of vanilla extract.

For the icing: 200g softened butter, 400g condensed milk, 200g icing sugar, sieved and 75ml fruit puree.

For the topping: Selection of boiled sweets.
