Lucio Rocha served up delicious Portuguese custard tarts (Pastel de Nata) on Saturday Kitchen.
the ingredients for the pastry are: 145g plain flour, pinch of salt and 100g unsalted butter, softened.
For the custard: 30g plain flour, 300ml full-fat milk, ¼ tsp vanilla extract, half a lemon, peel only, grated, 220g caster sugar, 1 cinnamon stick and 6 free-range egg yolks.
To serve: ground cinnamon, to dust (optional).
