Molly Yeh Battenberg cake with sour cream and raspberry jam recipe on Girl Meets Farm

Molly Yeh served up a delicious birthday Battenberg cake with sour cream and raspberry jam on Girl Meets Farm.

The ingredients are: 3 Eggs, large, 6 tbsp Raspberry jam, 2 2/3 cups All-purpose flour, 2 1/4 tsp Baking powder, 1 Food coloring, Yellow and red, 1 Food coloring, Blue, 1 1/2 cups Granulated sugar, 1 tsp Kosher salt, 1 Powdered sugar, 2 tsp Vanilla extract, 1 Cooking spray, Nonstick, 6 tbsp Refined coconut oil, 3/4 cup Butter, unsalted, 1 cup Heavy cream, 1/4 cup Sour cream and 14 oz Marzipan.

To finish: 3 tablespoons (36 grams) rainbow sprinkles (classic cylinders are ideal, not nonpareils), plus more for the marzipan.
