Freddy Forster honey and mustard glazed gammon recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

Freddy Forster served up tasty honey and mustard glazed gammon steaks with Asian slaw on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients for the Asian Slaw are: ½ tsp toasted white sesame seeds, 50g fresh Beansprouts, ½ tsp red chilli, finely sliced, ½ tsp green chilli, finely sliced, 1tbsp fresh coriander, roughly chopped, 4tbsp grated carrots, peeled and grated, 75g red cabbage, finely shredded, 1tsp Korean paste (Gochujang), 2tbsp mayonnaise, Juice of ½ lime and drizzle of sesame oil, to taste.

For the Honey and mustard glaze: 2-piece gammon steak, 180g approx. pieces, 5tbsp honey, ½ tbsp Dijon mustard and Juice of 1 lemon.

For the Mustard sauce: 150ml whipping cream, 5 tbsp water, ½ tbsp wholegrain mustard, 50g unsalted butter and 1tbsp chives, chopped.
